Lululemon can't get enough of Pine Centre!

Whether it's Lululemon who can't get enough of Pine Centre or it's the Pine Centre shoppers who can't get enough of Lululemon, the result is the same.  Lululemon is in it for the long haul at this Morguard managed shopping centre.

Lululemon first came to Pine Centre as a short-term tenant back in October 2019. Their initial lease, in a 2,587 square-foot unit, was supposed to end in April of the following year.  Little did they know that shoppers would welcome this new store with open arms.  Because of their success, they renewed with our Specialty Leasing team a few times while they negotiated for a permanent location.  Today, Pine Centre is happy to have Lululemon in a 4,143 square-foot space, located by Winners / HomeSense in their new wing.

Just goes to show that you can test the retail market with a pop-up or a short-term lease before committing to a longer lease.
